Hi,
Thanks Soooo much for this priceless advice. I have recently set up an ecards site and have been having a lot of problems with un picked up cards. Around 40%.
This has been causing me sleepless nights but now, having read your articles, I will act promptly and get our notification emails all ‘plain-texted’ etc.
We are currently offering our ecards for free but need to start charging soon (or starve!!) and as you say, people will be V. upset to pay and get a system that doesn’t deliver. We still have work to do and more sections to add but we think our cards are right up there in origionality and cuteness etc
Thank you, Thank you , Thank you
