Drew Wilson of Slyck reports that the Canadian Library Association once again picked up the gauntlet against Canada’s over-the-top Captain Copyright.
CLA claims the good captain fills young heads full-of-mush with a cartoonish view of copyrights and wrongs… and that’s not right… but CLA is… right.
Right?

Hi Robert.
You know, it’s considered really bad form to go to somebody else’s party and tell everybody to come over to your house for a piece of cake. Some of my colleagues consider that to be blog spam.
If you have something to say at my house, say it at my house, so my readers don’t have to chase you all over North America.
As regular EB readers know, I’m dead set against copyright and patent extremists from either side.
But you’ll never learn anything about that, Robert, or what my readers think, or get the chance to shape opinions, as long as you engage in link-and-runs, in lieu of discussion. Why? Because as every webmaster knows, most readers don’t click out.
Bad form. Very, very bad form.
