Among Papantonio’s career highlights, he lists his work on Defenses You Can Count on in an Asbestosis Case, while Kennedy declares himself a licensed master falconer who loves paddling in white-water.
Why is this of interest to me?
Because the name of the defendent in the case has been withheld by court order. As a fan of Marilyn vos Savant… and Monk… I had to take the case.

It’s gotta be Diebold. And I’ll tell you why.
The former chairman of Diebold contributed to the Bush-Cheney campaign. Democrat office holders and activists across the US are issuing anti-Diebold reports and/or lawsuits.
And the winner is… Me.
