UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS AT URBANA-CHAMPAIGN - Cop spots a kid urinating (aka Drip) on a bush while his buddy (aka Duh) stands around.

Drip runs off. Duh gets cell call while denying knowledge of Drip.

Cop somehow squeezes Drips’s name from caller. Runs Drip and Duh’s names through Facebook.

You no doubt guessed the outcome. Drip and Duh list each other as Facebook Friends.

Drip drops $145 for wrongful urination, Duh does $195 for cribbing on a cop. Both earned it the hard way.

But I can top them.

BETTENDORF, IOWA - High school kids hold a kegger in a huge dark field at the corner of two busy streets.

When the cops get tired of ignoring it, they flash their lights.

Kids hit the dirt. After a couple of minutes, cell phones start singing, as friends return calls for help.

Cops follow the ring-tones to nab their quarries.

OK. So we now we have Dumb… and Dumber.
