Hi,
Well, that FireFox thing was an example, I actually received a Google Alert with an indexed exe link (solved the confusion here: http://homemade-tutorials.blogspot.com/
2006/07/google-indexing-exe-files-part-2.html)

Maybe it's not such a big thing or even a threat to be considered, but I know people for instance that click and install all the time all sort of cra**y screensavers and emoticons (that come obviously bundled with goodies), and for those an executable file as a result when searching for skype (example) might seem like the genuine thing even if it comes from skype.fakewebsite.com. Let's not forget also that a lot of people are still scammed by phishing emails.

Anyway, what was I going to say more...oh yeah, that word tracker guru thing, even if it sounds nice you barely can call someone like that simply for putting on a blog a list of keywords received by email ;). I'll go calculate this 5+5 thing now.

The biggest malware in the software world is Microsoft itself.
Micro$oft keeps on installing malware like the actions of infamous WGA.
Using M$ Windows as an non-admin user is itself a torture. M$ developers do not even know what is required as an admin user and what a normal user requires, e.g if I want to access the calender in the system tray right bottom corner as an non-admin user, Windows simply pops up the message that admin previlage is required.
And such problems are bound to hapeen if M$ recruits marketing/sales people for technical activities.
