You just&lt;br&gt; can't lose engineers like MarkL and Zibbo.  These two&lt;br&gt; guys were the goto senior devs when we need an&lt;br&gt; emergency, absolutely gotta work code review.  &lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; Damn that's gotta hurt.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt; Tony</description>
