I used cashette myself and was quite disappointed by their demise. For those complaining about receiving volumes of spam from cashette, cashette did have a max number of recipients per e-mail to limit spam from cashette. I was always quite careful to add all mailing lists that I requested to my white list. The only problems I had was with those whose address continually changed. There were only a few of those. I never received complaints from listserv and other e-mail providers.

I will miss getting paid to view spam as opposed to the alternatives. If I received too much spam with cashette I could always up my price. It was a self limiting process. I have switched to bluebottle that is a white list, black list type e-mail service without the paid spam option. It was my second choice and is now my first.

I care about spam, I run three websites and according to you I guess it’s my fault that these a******s have spam bots that they sent to your website, it creates an account and then spams everything on your website while looking for email address’s to spam, how’s that my fault you idiot? It’s my fault for building a website? It has nothing to do with how careful you are, when you register a website, eventually a spambot will find you..

You have no clue what your’e talking about, in my situation as well as many other webmaster security has nothing to do with having yourwebsite get hit with spam, please get your head out of your a** dexter before making another comment

I get spam on my website constantly from a cashette.com address and I’m completely sick of it. I didn’t sign up for anything, I keep getting members of that website sending spambots to my website and they register under @cashette.com address’s, I’m sick of this nonsense, I’ve blacklisted the entire domain from my website

I had an account for over 2 years with cashette and now they are closing,why?I did like it pretty good.Had to get an account at yahoo,looks like it will be ok.i will mis cashette,but I was getting way to much spam.

cashette announced today they are closing. i had 2 accounts there, home and office. now i need to find a new service that does the same thing because i really liked cashette. the best thing about their service was that they went to my pop3 mailboxes to get mail automatically, which was handy because i did not have access to my office settings to directly forward all my mail. i for one am sorry to see them go.
