Are you losing critical mail? Lots of admins are… with misconfigured Domain Name Servers.

Any of these oversights will cause some sending servers to give up:

  • Mail server has no MX record listing
  • MX rec refers to CNAME instead of A rec
  • MX points to a missing or non-working server

Problem is, you never know which mail you missed… till it costs you a client (or job).
